Home Renovation

For this beautiful 1902 Craftsman, we provided five options that drew upon historic palettes with a modern twist, ensuring that the chosen colors would restore the charm of this beauty while reflecting its historical significance. Our team worked closely with the homeowners to create a customized palette that complements the architectural details of the Harold Davies home, enhances its overall atmosphere, and aligns with the personal style of its inhabitants.

The fusion of old and new elements results in a visually cohesive and polished interior that feels authentic and inviting. The Harold Davies Home experienced a comprehensive renovation. Some of the main upgrades include:

  • All new mechanicals

  • Refinished hardwood floors and new carpeting

  • Complete interior and exterior repainting

  • Full kitchen and bathroom renovations

  • Brand new low-profile deck

  • Durable stone-coated metal roof

  • Added a fourth bedroom and a walk-in closet

Modern light fixtures were thoughtfully selected to complement the original designs by architect Pierre Lindhout, blending classic elegance with contemporary functionality.
